Whats new in 2011

Davaar Consultancy has found a great new home and from November 2011, in addition to our training at Moreno Collegium, we'll be offering workshops at our new offices in downtown Laidley.  See our Calendar page for workshop details and dates.

Due to the feedback received from our workshops held in 2010, we are offering the following two day workshops in 2011. 

• Role Theory - Working with individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder
• Solution Focused Approach - creating solutions with clients, with colleagues 
• Professional Boundaries - being close while being distant with clients, with colleagues
• Cutting in, Cutting through - working with and understanding clients who self harm
• Strengthening Professional Identity when Experiencing Workplace Bullying?

Based on the feedback from participants who have attend our workshops at The Moreno Collegium, we will be planning to keep participant numbers to no more than 16 for planned workshops in 2011. This number works well in enabling participants to learn through group process, an integral part of the success of workshops delivered by Davaar.
