Hello eveyone 2010 has started of with a blast and the year ahead is looking nicely busy for us.... Completion of our internet training package on professional boundaries is drawing very close..... we have given you a taste of the package by including one of the video snippets on a later page (can you find it?). The video represents staff given a handover of clients and from the conversation one can identify the clients that staff like and those they don't ... a couple of questions for you to reflect on as you watch the video ..... Where is the professional language as the staff discuss the clients? If there is an absence of professional language for this client handover ...... what messages might this give about the culture of that workplace?
