2010 started of with a blast and the year is nicely busy for us....

Completion of our internet training package on professional boundaries is drawing near..... we have given you a taste of the package by including one of the video snippets on a later page (can you find it?). The video represents staff during a handover of clients, and from the conversation one can identify the clients that staff like and those they don't ... a couple of questions for you to reflect on as you watch the video .....

Where is the professional language as the staff discuss the clients?
